The company principal, Robert Knight has formal qualifications in Business (Accounting), Applied Science (Building & Architectural Practice) and a Diploma in Mortgage Lending. He has also completed Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/ Mortgage Broking) and a Diploma of Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking Management).
Robert has over 30 years experience in the finance and property industries, and in the past has held senior management roles at major financial institutions.

We complete a comprehensive fact find with our clients. This information is used to research the most appropriate loan solutions. We present at least three options for our clients to appraise and make selection. We comply totally with Australian Credit law with provision of all disclosure documentation.
Throughout the loan approval process, we keep our clients updated on the status of their loan, and are always available if they are unsure of anything, or just have a query.
